Not everyone is picked for mentorship. In case I feel like I might be helpful in your growth, I’ll get back to you with the followup information.

Building a strategy and a plan to reach your career goals

With the information you provided, I will hand-craft the strategy and the plan for improving your knowledge and practice in UI/UX field.

A customized mentorship

Your mentorship program will take 4 to 6+ months, depending on your starting point, goals and ability to learn. Not every person is the same, and neither is each mentorship program.

FAQ

Why isn’t it free?+–

Even though I love sharing my experience with others, charging a minimal fee of 150€ per month secures filtering out people that are not serious and who do not value mentorship. I get to mentor people that are dedicated and invested in their own success, who are the best kind of mentees.

Will I get a job after the mentorship?+–

While it’s not guaranteed that you’ll get a job right after mentorship program, you’ll gain useful skills, support, and feedback to use as you go through the job search process. Getting a job offer depends on you, and how much effort you make.

What does the application process look like?+–

There is an application with a few questions, without resumes or cover letters. Everyone who applied will be invited for 15 minute interview to determine experience and compatibility for the program. Results will be sent to your email within a week.

What does a mentorship look like in general?+–

The mentorship consists of group sessions that include lectures, tips and stories from personal experience, interactive group activities, feedback sessions, and Q&A. Each group session lasts about 1.5 hours. After each session, mentees will get real-life tasks as a homework that will help reaching their goal.Each mentee will have weekly 1-on-1 meetings with more personalized approach, where they can share their experience, concerns and detailed questions.

I’m not in UX, but I need a mentor. Can I still apply?+–

Absolutely. Applicants with zero experience will get their own personal program with more of a course-related approach.

I already have some experience. Can I apply?+–

As mentioned many times before, mentorship program is tailored for each mentee individually, which means helping each one of them reaching their goal, whether it’s landing their first/second/10th job, or simply expanding their theoretical knowledge. Experienced designers will have different end goal than beginners do, but they can still apply.
